teaching2..

I'm starting to love teaching..

It's merely 3 weeks being as practical teacher...i think i'm starting to love my students, haha...yup i love them..they made me laughed, they made me scream, they made me red, they made me want to cry..but all of all they made me stands as a teacher, without them..teachers will not be existed. Even, at first i can't control the class, but at last i managed too, a million thanks for them for really appreciate me,
one of the students
1. "teacher, why not you borrow the other teacher's period, we still want to play game"(i'm likey....mmuah..haha)
2. Teacher we want you to teach us until form 5 (kahkah..ni ayat yang x bleh dpercyai langsg!!)
3. teacher you ni baek sangat..you kena tegas sikit!!(adoi..x reti nk marah la..ari tu nak marah kat kelas..kononnya lah..i psycho dier orang..masuk2x kelas i just silences and stared at the whole class..then they abruptly shut up their mouth and looked at me with questioned..then i said if you want to talk, then talked..if you want to learn then quiet!..haha..ingat nak 'bagi kaw2x lagi'..tapi tgk muka dieorang kesian la plak..but diz method very effective la...)
4. teacher don't make the class bored.(yang ni paling sedh..i planned bukan main..dier ckp bored!!hoh..x bley trime betol..nased baek sorang jer..bukan majority..)
5. teacher i don't understand when you teach us grammar (adoi maa...this one kiciwa sangt..dier cakp x paham!!)
6. teacher..you speak too much in English..cakaplah bahasa melayu teacher. (ohh..my dear..no i can't!!!we learn English..so we should try to speak English..even the simplest English!!...haha..i collected 20 cents if the students speak malay in my class..and yang lawaknya..one of my student name Tamil..and speak Tamil..so i said "Tamil don't speak Tamil!"..and a class exploded with laughed..Lol..=)
7. teacher when your birthday??..(haha...diz one i can guess clearly..this students birtday must be around the corner.. i thought,,that's why she asked me..when my birthday,,but i layan jer...26th Feb..u??23..wow..then the other student interrupted..teacher... me 13rd teacher..adoi..maa....ader makna tersirat la plak,.haha..)..
8. teacher your face..very licin laa...x der jerawat, u pakai aper??hihi..this one orang suruh belajar..dier pegi tgk bende lain plak...then i asked her to go to staffroom and i'll give her some tips..haha..kononnyer lah!!

huhhhhh...there were many feedback that they gave to me...but all that feedback really make me ponders and reflects about my teaching...i can't just teaching for the sake of good grade..but i want my students and me be mutually exclusive learn from each other....and i want them to really learn something from me at the least..

~Life is like a cup of coffee~

Spiritual Story by Unknow

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite - telling them to help themselves to the coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: "If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups have been taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.

Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups... And then you began eyeing each other's cups.

Now consider this: Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change the quality of life we live.

Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee. Savor the coffee, not the cups! The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything. Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.

~Teaching1~

“You are what you are now not what you are used to be.”

Upon listening to this proverb from Dr. Jafre, it makes me to reflect back upon my previous life in campus. Get the pointers above three at least and try to get dean each terms were my aims and luckily I managed to get it albeit not every terms I was listed in dean’s list but my overall PNGK still in first class honor. Not to tell the world and act cocky but likewise people said you sow what you had reap it was true. However back to the few weeks as a practical teacher, I can tell you it is not easy to be a GOOD teacher but it is like ABC to be a teacher. People always said to be a teacher is an easy- peasy, but once you experienced it, you will know man. Even your good grades/ good PNGK in campus couldn’t help you. It is very far distance between the theories and practical. Human is not a machine that will work out as we planned. But we can control them to follow the planned. The thing is what we planned, we imagined and worked sometimes were just a crap because lack of knowledge and experienced to teach them well. First week with them (students) really make me headache and want to give up. Oh my God, am I born to be a teacher? I could feel my lust to be a teacher was in critical level but I know I can’t just give up easily. That wasn’t me. Even in campus, I’m not started with brilliant students but at last I can manage well. So I think it’s time to do something. ‘You Are What You Are Now Not What You Used To Be’. This proverb is really open up my lenses.

I’ll try my best, like I always told to my class it is OK to be wrong because we learned through our mistakes. So do I. Thus, I will use this opportunity to learn and experience before I go to a real teaching profession. I must start from the scratch, this terms was not like the last seven terms I go through in campus. The PNGK was symbolized nothing albeit I will do it my best to teach them.

Watch 'Ring of Fire' in the sky Jan 15

Just want to share some information about the annular solar eclipse to be held tomorrow,
it was an "annular eclipse" of the sun, where the moon is too far from the Earth to completely cover the sun's disk. That leaves a blazing "ring of fire" shining around the moon as it passes in front of the sun from Earth's perspective.

"When several things like this happen at once, it's often considered to be a 'turning point'. Pay attention to what occurs on this date." -Madeline Gerwick

As a muslims, we need to foreseen it as in Surah Ibrahim verse 33:

so, kat cni nak share sket ngan korg cara2 utk melakukan solat sunat gerhana matahari;

Solat gerhana ini disunatkan untuk ditunaikan secara berjemaah dengan diseru sebelum mendirikannya : as-Solatu Jaami'ah!! ( Solat berjemaah )

Niatnya : "Sahaja aku solat sunat gerhana matahari dua rakaat mengikut imam kerana Allah Ta'ala" - (Jika berimam) ataupun "Sahaja aku solat sunat gerhana matahari dua rakaat kerana Allah Ta'ala" - (Jika solat seorang diri)

Iaitu seperti berikut :

Rakaat pertama

1. Niat solat Gerhana, Takbir

2. Baca Surah Al-Fatihah dan surah

3. Rukuk

4. I'tidal

5. Baca Al-Fatihah dan surah

6. Rukuk.

7. I'tidal.

8. Sujud dan seterusnya seperti solat biasa.

Rakaat kedua

1. Niat solat Gerhana, Takbir.

2. Baca Al-Fatihah dan surah.

3. Rukuk.

4. I'tidal,

5. Baca Al-Fatihah dan surah.
